Basic Tapping Script - Use Anytime You Need
The following script can be used for any small problem you would like to work on to help reset your frame of mind, change your energy or lift your motivation towards the situation you face.
This tapping session will take you between 10 and 20 minutes to complete, so be sure to do it at a time when you are less likely to be interrupted.
It will help you lower the negative feeling you might be experiencing and then when that is low enough, you can start to build some movement towards what you would like to be feeling in this moment.
Examples of when you might use it include feeling any of the following:
Frustrated
Tired
Annoyed
Upset by someone or something that happened recently
Unmotivated to do a boring task
Nervous about an upcoming event
Anxious about something in the future
Something to note is that this script is a relatively simple version of tapping, so it may work on more significant and long term issues, but it is likely that there are underlying elements that are contributing to bigger challenges.

Before you start, have a pen and paper/note app handy so you can jot down the answers to the questions in the worksheet and also to make note of anything that pops up along the way. You can come back and tap on those things later. You might also want to have a drink of water and a tissue handy in case you feel teary at some point through the tapping. You might not, but it is good to be prepared! 🙂
