About Em

Em has had many different work and life experiences.  She has years of consulting experience in helping both big and small companies manage change and undertake significant projects. She has also worked with small businesses to develop and plan strategy and has developed her own online business as well.  Recently she has been working with Fighting Chance and Jigsaw, supporting their vision to change the landscape of and opportunities for work for people with disability.

Her personal experience of Tapping was life changing and inspired her to seek accreditation with EFT International as a practitioner so she could help others create change in their lives.  Em firmly believes we have the power to change our experience of challenging situations and loves that the science around Neuroplasticity supports that! She has also studied NLP (neurolinguistic programming) and is curious about the possibilities it can create.

She is also now a volunteer Trustee on the Board of EFT International, the world's leading EFT organisation.

Em is mum to three gorgeous kids, Billie the dog and Eddie the cat.  She lives near the beach and loves a swim on a hot summers day. Em is a creative person at heart and is always looking for the next little project! She reads whenever she can sneak some time and has a very strong ‘inner geek’ that loves hearing about all the latest technology, especially news about eco friendly discoveries or something with a positive human interest impact.

She is fiercely passionate about helping women reclaim their sense of self, for them to reconnect to their ‘inner brave’ and remember the agency they hold. Mid-career can be tricky, we can be overwhelmed by the demands of life and work and lose our way, or feel like we have few real choices. This doesn’t have to be the case, even in the trickiest of circumstances we can at least choose how we respond, which can change our experience of the situation and help us navigate a different path forward.
